It’s a photo taken for the public record by a law enforcement agency upon the time of someone’s arrest. They are made public by law enforcement. Not all mugshots are funny, but when they are, they appear on MugshotRow.com.
Who are these people?
The people on Mugshot Row were arrested for something, but were not necessarily found guilty. Mugshots are generally taken prior to any sort of court hearing which would determine guilt or innocence. All subjects on this website are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
How can I find local mugshots and send them you to?
Your local correctional facilities and county jails may publish their mugshots online. Federal booking photos can be obtained by anyone through the Freedom of Information Act.
My picture is on your website and I don’t want it there. Can you remove it?
