its actually an ellipsis meaning that they omitted the rest of the eye brow because you know what is supposed to be there.
In another life, those 2 might have been cute.
Maybe they were trying to spell out “SKANK” in Morse code?
It looks like these two misunderstood when their grade school teacher was teaching them about dotting their i’s.

One looks like she’s on speed, the other on downers.

I think the one on the right already is on faces of meth… looks familiar.
Why on earth would anyone ever think that that looks remotely attractive???
